ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER

Please keep in mind that there may be times when we are unable to accept orders and must cancel them. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. You will not be charged until your payment method has been approved, the order information has been validated for accuracy, and your product has been shipped.

Limitations on available quantities for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national, or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention controls are some of the reasons your order may be canceled. Before approving an order, we may demand extra verification or information.

We will reimburse the transaction charge you incurred to your credit card bill if your order is canceled after it has already been charged.

Bodybuilding-Life.com completely adheres to all national and international legislation when it comes to the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is restricted or prohibited by law.

CURRENCY AND PRICES

The prices stated on this site are in U.S. dollars and are only valid and effective inside the United States. They do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, which will be added to your total invoice amount if applicable. Duties, insurance charges, tariffs, and value-added taxes are not included in any of the prices. These fees are the responsibility of the package recipient.

TYPOGRAPHICAL OR PRICING ERRORS

We make every effort to give the most up-to-date product and pricing information. Pricing and typographical errors do, however, occur. If an item is posted at an incorrect price or with incorrect information owing to a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such item at our sole discretion. RESOLD ITEMS AND QUANTITY LIMITS

Bodybuilding-Life.com retains the right to impose a limit on the number of items purchased per person, home, or order. These limitations may apply to orders placed by the same account, using the same payment card, and/or using the same billing and/or shipping address. We also retain the right to restrict merchants from purchasing our products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bodybuilding-Life.com and its affiliates are not liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or relating to the use of or inability to use this site, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, or loss of data.

Regardless of the foregoing, Bodybuilding-Life.com and its affiliates' total maximum responsibility for any reason shall be limited to the price you paid for any product, information, or service acquired from this site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bodybuilding-Life.com and its affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including without limitation, any reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising from your use of or conduct on the site.

SITE USAGE / TERMINATION OF USAGE

You agree to use this site only for legal purposes and to accept sole responsibility for your personal use and communications on it. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

These terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Bodybuilding-Life.com. If you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, Bodybuilding-Life.com may terminate or suspend this Agreement at any time, without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Without respect to choice of legal principles, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in conformity with the laws of the State of Texas. Each user consents to personal jurisdiction in the state of Texas and agrees that any cause of claim arising out of or related to the use of this site or this Agreement will be filed exclusively in the Federal or State Courts of Houston, Texas.

INTERPRETATION; SEVERABILITY

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term of this Agreement to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining sections will not be affected. The phrase "include" in this Agreement is assumed to be followed by the words "without restriction."

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement supersedes all earlier or contemporaneous agreements, statements, warranties, and understandings, written or oral, between Bodybuilding-Life.com and each user of this site concerning the subject matter of this Agreement.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Bodybuilding-Life.com has the right to change this Terms of Use Agreement at any moment. Please check this Agreement for periodic updates. If you continue to use this website after it has been amended, it is assumed that you are automatically agreeing to the new terms.

MISCELLANEOUS

Failure by Bodybuilding-Life.com or its affiliates to insist on strict adherence to any term of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that term. You acknowledge that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to this site or this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year of the occurrence of the claim or cause of action, otherwise it will be permanently barred.

Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising or concerning this site and/or this agreement shall be decided by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with any such arbitration brought and held in Houston, TX, USA. The arbitrators' decisions are binding on all parties concerned.
