Within 90 days after an order has been placed, any order can be reimbursed if the product has not been opened and is still sealed. After we receive the package back to one of our warehouses, we’ll offer a complete refund. We’ll refund you using the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase.
Within 3 business days of the box being returned to us, you will be refunded the entire purchase price of your product, minus any shipping fees (unless, of course, the reason for you returning the order was because of an error on our part).
We regretfully can’t accept items returned to us if more than 90 days have passed since your purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Please notify us that you would like to return your order, or any items within it via the contact form on our Contact Us
- Our team will confirm your return request and email you the mailing address where you can send your products to.
- Make sure the products you’re returning are well-protected. Make sure everything is packaged tightly and safely.
- We are not liable for any breakage that occurs during the return shipment process.
- Indicate whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange for another product instead.
- Please include a copy of the purchase order that came with your initial order in the box with the products, indicating which items you’re returning.
- To have the shipment shipped to us, use any mail or courier service provider you prefer. If you’re returning a product because of a defect or an error on our part, please enclose a copy of your initial shipment receipt so we can also reimburse your shipping expenses.
- After the products have arrived at our warehouse, a refund will be arranged within 3 business days.
Due to inventory control costs and those pesky shelf life constraints, there will be a 15% restocking fee if you return 12 or more of the same items.
If the order value is less than $49.95, we will deduct $5.95 from your total refund when returning products from an order that initially qualified for free shipping.
